# Mohamd Ahmed Taleb Bouhemadi — Applied AI / LLM Engineer

> Mohamd Ahmed Taleb Bouhemadi (Arabic: محمد أحمد الطالب بوحمادي; known among his family and friends as Adel, عادل, and online as Adell) is an Applied AI / LLM Engineer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. He builds LLM systems that can be tested: tool calling (function calling), grounded RAG, AI agents and decision support where code, not the model, makes the critical decisions. His rule of thumb: "the model judges meaning, code decides facts".
